In reply to Cathy Jones. If you are new to goat cheese, try a commercial brand that is mild. Ask your grocer. Goat cheese is great to get to know if you are a cheese- lover, because it has lots less fat and cholesterol. Finding the right brand/ style and I think you can like it !

Made the strawberry balsamic version and it was delicious!! Everyone loved it and it was gone within a few minutes. Super easy and quick to put together too so will definitely make again

This recipe sounds wonderful! Do you have any suggestions for what I can replace the goat cheese with? My family doesn’t like goat cheese and I travel often to places where it’s not available, but I really wanna try the recipe still.

I used to dislike goat cheese…then my sister-in-law made these for my (“meant-to-bee” themed) engagement party, and I can’t get enough! The goat cheese paired with the honey and fruit is so perfect!
