Delicious!
Used sour cream and fat free milk as that is what I had.
Baked in stoneware muffin pan, well greased almost 30 minutes. Stoneware takes a bit longer .
The crumbs stick very nicely to the muffins
Had cosmic crisp apples so used those.

Hi Mark! You can certainly try mini muffins, but we fear with the mini size, they will puff up too much and all the crumbs will fall off. Let us know how they turn out!
