Wabi Sabi
Wabi stands for sobriety and simplicity, for the essence of things but also for a way of life, a spiritual path. Sabi is like “beauty through the passage of time”, it is about what is beautiful, about objects and art. You could also say: Wabi is space, Sabi is time. In any case: together they represent a feeling of transience, seeing time back in simple things.
The wood we use for our products is from trees that don’t produce fruit anymore and are replaced by saplings.

Our bowls are made of very thick olive wood which will last for years, because olive wood can hardly break.
